About Bethann
Bethann Paul, MS, BCBA, is a multi-state licensed clinical leader and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) dedicated to advancing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through innovation and compassionate practices. Based in Kailua, HI, Bethann specializes in scaling high-quality clinical care within school administrations, multidisciplinary teams, and telehealth platforms. As a practitioner, she is dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical research and home-based application by empowering caregivers through systematic training in ABA techniques.
Throughout her nearly 20-year career, Bethann has collaborated with ABA pioneers such as Dr. Mark Dixon and Dr. Greg Hanley to implement groundbreaking procedures and programs, including the PEAK and AIM curricula as well as Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) methodology. These trauma-informed, ethical, and compassionate ABA approaches are designed to reduce severe, unsafe behavior while increasing cognitive and emotional flexibility.
