RUBI Parent Group

This evidence-based parent training program is designed for caregivers of children with neurodevelopmental differences who experience behavioral challenges. Based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), the RUBI group teaches practical strategies for reducing disruptive behaviors and strengthening parent-child relationships.

PEERS® for Young Adults

PEERS® is a research-based social skills group for neurodivergent young adults who are motivated to build friendships and navigate dating, college, and workplace relationships. The group combines structured lessons with real-life practice, helping participants gain confidence and connection.

Level Up!

Level Up! is a Dungeons & Dragons–based social group for autistic young adults that combines guided skill-building with collaborative gameplay. Participants practice real-world skills like conversation, planning, and friendship in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Led by a psychologist and an experienced Dungeon Master, the group offers a structured and engaging way to build confidence and connection.
